Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and be committed to improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges. As a BCBA, you will conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support to clients and their families in a collaborative environment.

This job is mostly within the clinic setting while some time may be spent at the in-home setting. Hours are flexible but must be done between 8 AM to 6:30 PM for 40 hours per week. Supervision and parent training are the main duties as well as assessment for ABA services.

Candidate must be a licensed behavior analyst in the state of Texas and reside in Texas. This job is full-time, but part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate. At least two years of experience as a BCBA is preferred.

Our company is growing rapidly and we will offer a sign-on bonus of $6,000.00 upon signing a contract for 18 months after references and background checks are completed successfully.

This position has a base salary of $85,000 to 125,000 per year, with quarterly bonuses of up to $16,000 per year paid quarterly based on productivity.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and behaviors.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Perform patient assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavior management strategies.
  • Stay current with developments in the field of behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Texas is required.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience with diagnostic evaluation and patient assessment processes.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, and record-keeping practices.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and confidentiality.
  • Previous experience working in special education or related fields is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data collection and reporting.
